This class is perfect for complete beginners or those who have only attended a few pole dancing lessons before.Every session begins with a warm-up, an essential step to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout ahead. Throughout the class, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and develop body coordination. You’ll learn foundational pole techniques, including basic spins, tricks, climbs and how to combine these movements seamlessly.

This class is designed for those who have mastered the basics of pole dancing and are ready to progress to more advanced techniques and combinations. ​Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the demands of the workout, focusing on enhancing flexibility, building core and upper body strength, and improving overall endurance. .You’ll deepen your understanding of pole , exploring intermediate-level shapes and combos.
Intermediate
What to wear
Shorts, a top (tank top, sports bra or t-shirt) and socks.
You can bring a yoga mat if you have one for the warm-up but this is optional.
Important note:

Please remove all jewellery before class to avoid injuries and damage to the pole.

Please avoid applying cream or oil to your skin on the day of the class, as this will affect your grip on the pole.​​
