Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans may change, and I aim to accommodate my customers to the best of my ability. However, to maintain the efficiency of my services and to respect the time of both my customers and myself, I have implemented the following

cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period: 

Customers must notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

​

Late Cancellations: 

The scheduled session will be deemed as completed and considered fulfilled for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

​

No-Shows: 

If the customer fails to provide notice of cancellation and doesn't show up for the session without prior communication, the scheduled session will be regarded as completed and considered fulfilled.

How to Cancel:

To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me.

​

Exceptions: 

Exceptions to this policy may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. I reserve the right to assess each situation individually.
